To manage player profiles, select Customers from the mail menu.
Search for a player profile entering the name in the search field.
The following profile fields can be updated from the profile page:
First name
Last name
Player ID
Email address
Phone number
In most cases, updating a player profile field requires a verification with a one-time code sent to your email. If a player's email address is being added for the first time, one-time code verification is not required.
Why is the "Update email" button greyed out?
If a player singed up to Stringr using their Google, Facebook, or AppleID account, their email cannot be updated. Only players who signed up with email and password can have their email updated.
